WR Residence
Global sensibility. Grounded elegance. Just steps from the Broadwater in Main Beach, WR Residence is a four-level transformation designed for a couple stepping into their next chapter. Worldly in perspective, rooted in family, they wanted a space that felt calm, refined, and ready to host generations. The brief was clear. Create a low-maintenance sanctuary with high-end finishes and a softness that invites connection. A home that feels like retreat, but still opens its arms to children and grandchildren.

The interior palette is layered but quiet. Pale oak, honed stone, and custom joinery form the foundation, with every material chosen for its longevity and ease. Contrast is used sparingly but purposefully—olive-toned bar cabinetry, deep green Zellige tiles, and touches of bronze add warmth and depth without overpowering the calm.
The master suite is a standout. More boutique escape than bedroom, it flows through a marble-lined ensuite and walk-through robe into the upper living spaces with ease. Everything feels intentional. Nothing feels overworked.
WR Residence brings together considered craftsmanship and lived-in luxury. Built for real life. Finished with finesse.
