Talofa Residence
A coastal sanctuary with bite. Tucked high in the Byron Bay hinterland, Talofa Residence doesn’t just blend into nature. It elevates it. This is refined living with an effortless pulse. Think bold materiality softened by sun-drenched tactility. Spaces that entertain with ease, yet retreat in silence. The architecture doesn’t shout. It whispers with presence. Each line, finish and fixture is intentionally placed. It’s coastal sophistication redefined, designed for those who don’t do beige.

This home pairs earthy sophistication with sculptural edge. A rich, moody palette grounds the space while curved lines add a softened rhythm throughout. Oversized glazing captures rolling hills and quiet glimpses of ocean, pulling the horizon into the home and dissolving the line between inside and out. Every surface, every detail, feels deliberate and elevated.
