Raw form. Refined function. Set inside an architecturally designed Gold Coast home, this renovation called for precision and restraint. The brief was clear: elevate the kitchen and bathrooms with bold materials, sharp detailing, and a sculptural edge.

A rich palette anchors the design. Organic stone, bronze tapware, and custom black ribbed joinery bring weight and texture to each space. French-patterned tiles underfoot and off-form concrete ceilings above create a tactile contrast that feels raw yet refined. In the bathrooms, steel-framed mirrors and oversized granite vanities hold their own. Every fixture is deliberate. Every surface carries presence. The kitchen pairs deep-toned cabinetry with honed granite and integrated storage, blending sophistication with everyday function.

This project is a study in thoughtful renovation. Confident materials. Clear lines. A space that speaks without raising its voice.
