Lakeland key
Bold lines. Soft landings. Tucked along the quiet canals of Broadbeach, Lakeland Key was designed for a high-performing couple who move fast, live well, and know how to unwind. The home balances raw materiality with polished detail, bringing industrial edge into harmony with contemporary elegance. At its core sits a sculptural island bench. Monolithic, commanding, and made for entertaining. Wrapped in rich stone, it anchors the kitchen both visually and socially. Around it, custom joinery and textured cabinetry bring depth and warmth, while intuitive planning ensures every space flows with ease.

A refined mix of stone, timber, and brushed metal builds rhythm throughout. Integrated storage, unexpected lighting moments, and bespoke detailing keep the experience sharp, but never showy. Soft curves and large-format tiles add a sense of calm, offsetting the bold palette with balance. Expansive glazing frames canal views and invites light to shift across the surfaces throughout the day. Lakeland Key is a space shaped by duality. Strong yet serene. Built for pace, designed for pause.
