LAGO
Where restraint becomes refinement. Set along the still waters of Tallebudgera Creek, Lago is a masterclass in pared-back luxury. With a strong architectural base already in place, our role was to bring warmth, softness, and rhythm to the interior experience.
The material palette is stripped back but deeply considered. Honed limestone, pale timber, and smooth microcement create a calm, tactile foundation that lets sculptural forms and natural light take the lead. Curves repeat gently throughout, from the bullnose island bench to oversized archways and flowing stair details. The result is a space that feels effortless, composed, and quietly elevated.

Joinery was custom-designed throughout. Integrated handles and concealed appliances maintain a seamless, clutter-free flow. The kitchen is centred by a six-metre limestone island that doubles as statement and utility. A hidden dry bar, wrapped in fluted timber, nods to the client’s love of entertaining without disrupting the home’s clean lines.
In the master suite, light and texture lead the conversation. Sheer drapery softens the dialogue between stone, glass, and timber. The ensuite features a floating vanity, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and brushed fixtures that enhance the sense of calm.
Lighting was treated as sculpture. Every placement, every finish, every line resolved with intent. Materials are given space to breathe. The architecture speaks for itself. Lago is minimalism with substance. A home that whispers, but always lands with confidence.
