Evoque was founded on a belief: that great design is about more than just aesthetics it’s about impact.
Amber Leigh started this journey in 2015 with a sharp eye, a fearless approach, and an obsession with detail. Raised by a carpenter and a cabinet maker, craftsmanship is in her blood, and it shows in every project we take on.
We’ve challenged conventions, pushed boundaries, and turned bold ideas into reality. And we’re just getting started.

Meet Amber – an award-winning interior designer and the creative force behind some of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious homes.
With over 10 years of experience in high-end residential design, she’s known for her eye for detail, love of texture, and signature blend of sophistication and warmth. Her sweet spot lies in custom joinery, spatial planning, and luxe hard finish selections — always tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Amber selects projects based on connection, believing that great design is a true collaboration built on trust, creativity, and open conversation. She brings both confidence and intuition to the process, making her clients feel heard while gently guiding them toward the best outcome.
She’s always working (because the ideas never stop), always fuelled by colour and craftsmanship — and never too far from a good glass of wine. Gold Coast local for over a decade, she’s part designer, part dreamer, and 100% dedicated to creating spaces that feel as good as they look.
Originally from Portugal (with a Milan design degree to prove it), she’s swapped cobblestone streets for coastal sunshine and now brings serious European flair to our design team. Whether she’s whipping up beautiful moodboards or refining layouts, she’s all about clever details, stunning results, and effortlessly cool interiors.
