Our Process
I.
Initial Meeting
We begin with a conversation. During this discovery session, we listen to your ideas, understand your goals, and discuss your vision for the project. It’s really important that you select a Designer you communicate well with, someone who understands your vision and requirements. We will use this time to go over your plans, discuss the scope of work required and get to know each other.
II.
Tailored Proposal
After we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will produce a service proposal for your consideration. You’ll receive a bespoke service outline designed specifically for your furniture and styling needs. This ensures clarity, direction, and a shared understanding of the scope of work required before we proceed
III.
Concept Mood Boards
As detailed in our scope of works, the first stage is Concept Mood Boards. This involves a collaborative exploration of styles, materials, and inspiration. Together, we’ll craft a vision that resonates with your taste and lifestyle. At this stage, you will see your space with digital mood boards of all the suggested finishes and floor plans to help you understand the layout and our design direction. This stage includes a Digital moodboard of each area included in Stage 1.

Specification Schedule
The next stage is the Interactive Schedule + Invoice. We bring the selected pieces to life with detailed specifications. This includes an interactive schedule of all pieces selected, detailing estimated pricing, delivery fees, and lead times. This schedule allows you to go through each item and is hyperlinked for ease of access to supplier information.

Procurement & Coordination
Once selections are approved and the invoice paid, we begin Procurement and manage the ordering of items. We organize storage near our studio for deliveries, perform quality control checks, and coordinate the removalist from storage to your site. We handle liaison with builders, contractors, and suppliers. We secure stock and accept deliveries, doing a quality control check.

Installation + Styling
Install day is here! The final stage outlined in the scope of works is Intallation + Styling.
Our team is on site for assembly of furniture and smaller items. We handle the arrangement and placement of furniture and soft furnishings, ensuring every detail is styled and every finish is flawless. This includes assembly and arrangement, creating balance and harmony.
